Bill Kelly is a longtime community leader and public servant. An attorney for more than 32 years in Corpus Christi, he is a former city council member and currently serves on the Calallen ISD board.

Bill has been married to his wife Evon, an assistant principal at Calallen Middle School, for 32 years. They have two children. Bill and his wife attend St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church where they both serve as Eucharistic Ministers.
Begin practicing law in 1985 doing insurance defense, family and school law. Board Certified Family Law Specialist. Law practice currently focuses on complex family litigation and mediation.
Corpus Christi Planning and Zoning Commission from 1999 to 2001. Elected four times to the Corpus Christi City Council representing District 1 from 2001 – 2009. During this time the city rebuilt the sea wall, expanded the airport, raised JFK Causeway, built Whataburger field and the American Bank Center.
